I am a tenant of the properties owned by A&K property 1 LLC who has been suffering under their neglect (zero maintenance in two years) and had simple complaints about my lease and lack of maintenance turn into threats, which led me to speak to my neighbors and find out my experience was far from alone.
Considering what we have experienced in just the few months Tyler Keene has been managing the property I am hoping to reach out to other victims to see if a solution can be found.
