Need a list of what repairs you consider optional are the slumlords never going to repair front door or at least remove the frame? Are they not going to seal porch before it falls off? How about whatever is wrong with the water heater, just live with all my hot water reeking?

Received 03/07/2024 1:06:17 PM Tyler Keene Good morning afternoon. I’m not purposely ignoring your texts. I’m just overwhelmed today. I will respond further tomorrow when I finish everything. Pls keep all communication between 9-5pm, Monday -Friday except for emergencies. Thank you
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/07/2024 1:07:23 PM Tyler Keene I figured since your email was at 9:43pm
Received 03/07/2024 1:07:48 PM Tyler Keene You can email any time
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/07/2024 2:46:28 PM Tyler Keene What is the legal business address?
Received 03/07/2024 2:51:55 PM Tyler Keene Of the owners?
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/07/2024 2:55:36 PM Tyler Keene That does seem to be who they want to speak to. Where would a government agency serve papers?
Received 03/07/2024 2:56:25 PM Tyler Keene Who ? I’ll have to find out what the LLC’s address is
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/07/2024 2:58:15 PM Tyler Keene Yeah, do that. Especially since tenants should have had that the second they bought the property
Received 03/07/2024 2:58:48 PM Tyler Keene I’ll ask. What government agency is needing the address?
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/07/2024 3:05:24 PM Tyler Keene I’ll be awaiting that address
Received 03/07/2024 3:07:58 PM Tyler Keene No thank you. I’d like the information so I can let the owners know why I’m asking for it. I’m sorry for everything you probably experienced with Branden. I can assure you since I’ve been involved I’ve been working full time or repairing things and getting things back in order. I don’t want to start off on the wrong foot with you.
Received 03/07/2024 3:10:27 PM Tyler Keene I’m about to be at a apartment repair and won’t be able to respond for a while , fyi
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/07/2024 6:02:38 PM Tyler Keene Tell them you’re asking because by law I am entitled to that information

That I am entitled is even in your criminal lease
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/08/2024 8:41:16 AM Tyler Keene We’ll be expecting the owners physical contact information and yours by the end of day.
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/08/2024 8:44:26 AM Tyler Keene This is information that by law you should have provided already, instead of interrogations about why we need it.
Received 03/08/2024 9:02:11 AM Tyler Keene Good morning. A&K property 1 LLC 249 Taylors Fork Rd Richmond KY 40475
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/08/2024 9:10:57 AM Tyler Keene And yours?
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/08/2024 9:11:55 AM Tyler Keene Turns out the lawyers will likely need to be speaking with you as well
Received 03/08/2024 9:12:26 AM Tyler Keene 1219 Parkview way Richmond KY 40475
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/08/2024 9:15:09 AM Tyler Keene And do the landlords have an email? Since my agreement to extend my lease with your predecessor is considered non-binding I have to assume any agreement you enter into can also be considered non-binding so will need to speak to them directly
Received 03/08/2024 9:16:23 AM Tyler Keene Do you mean Eva or Branden? I’m under the impression you don’t currently have a lease, hence sending you a new one. Do you have a lease?
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/08/2024 9:18:21 AM Tyler Keene I spoke to Eva in October about my renewal date of January and was told there would be no changes to terms or rate. So I have been following that agreement, more than happy to send you the screenshots later
Received 03/08/2024 11:14:07 AM Tyler Keene I let the owners know everything and they wrote a message they want me to send: In light of our recent discussions regarding the proposed rent increase, and considering your reservations, it’s important to note that the decision to consider this increase is primarily influenced by a significant 20% rise in insurance and taxes. Recognizing the potential impact on you and with the aim of maintaining a fair and transparent landlord-tenant relationship, I am contemplating not proceeding with the new lease. Instead, I am considering issuing a 30-day non-renewal notice. Your understanding and feedback are crucial, and I believe this approach will allow us both to reevaluate and find a more equitable resolution. Thank you for your understanding.
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/08/2024 11:36:30 AM Tyler Keene Man you idiots just keep doubling down doncha. You realize how illegal threatening to evict me over complaining about things like you violating the law is?
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/08/2024 11:38:21 AM Tyler Keene Go Google revenge eviction
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/08/2024 11:41:49 AM Tyler Keene Especially Google it under the federal Americans with disabilities act
Received 03/08/2024 2:23:44 PM Tyler Keene It would seem like the rent increase is going to be too much of a burden for you. We’ve withdrawn the lease and are serving a 30 day notice to vacate so you can find better accommodations.
Sent by Sent by Robert Hicks 03/08/2024 3:24:12 PM Tyler Keene That’s hilarious when I never mentioned the rent sweetie.

Now notice how Tyler Keene couldn’t be bothered to address any issues but could type his excuse, and how he continually refuses to provide owner’s contact information which is listed among the mandatory disclosures at https://ipropertymanagement.com/laws/kentucky-landlord-tenant-rights he then insists he is going to force out despite oral agreement (will be another post) due to complaints about a rent increase that was never mentioned
