So in recent developments it turns out that slumlords A&K 1 properties and their property manager Tyler Keene are charging section 8 tenants over a hundred dollars a month more than a non section 8 tenant on the same floorplan.
And this is besides minor things like not handling pest control, telling tenants to refuse inspectors entry, illegally ‘losing’ deposits and not following the law on keeping that money safe.
